The Manfrotto 357-1 Sliding Plate Adapter is the latest version of this kit. It includes a 357PLV-1 sliding plate and compatible socket. It can be mounted on any tripod head and acts as a compact balance rail. It is perfect to use with long lenses or spotting scopes that are not perfectly balanced at the mounting foot. Includes two 1/4"-20 and two 3/8" mounting screws and a plastic anti-twist pin.
